Need help with Miyo Desktop, relay, or the ChatGPT and Claude connections? Start with the docs or send us an email.

Before you email

  • Make sure Miyo Desktop is running and up to date.
  • For ChatGPT or Claude issues, open the Connect tab and check that remote access says Connected.
  • Include your operating system, Miyo version, the exact error, and the steps that led to it.

Please do not send passwords, sign-in links, authentication tokens, or the contents of private notes.
